ANNA, Ill. -- Lester Kaufman, 89, of Anna, died Monday, July 18, 1994, at the Union County Hospital in Anna.
He was born March 3, 1905, in Union County, daughter of Cora Kaufman.
He married Mabel Wilkinson.
Kaufman was a member of the First Baptist Church of Anna.

Survivors include his wife; and a half-sister, Lova Vines of Cape Girardeau.
He was preceded in death by two half-brothers and a half-sister.
Friends may call after 10 a.m. Thursday at the Crain Funeral Home in Anna.
Graveside funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Anna Cemetery.
