ANNA, Ill. -- The Rev. Jack Holmes, 65, of Anna, died suddenly Wednesday, Aug. 3, 1994, at Union County Hospital. Holmes was pastor of Apostolic Faith Tabernacle in Joneboro. Survivors include his wife, Dauna; two sons, John Holmes of Mahomet, Wayne Holmes of Monticello, Ind.; a brother, Gene Holmes of Lafayette, Ind., and five grandchildren...

Holmes was pastor of Apostolic Faith Tabernacle in Joneboro.

Funeral service will be held later in Lafayette.
Lutz & Rendleman Funeral Home of Anna was in charge of local arrangements.
