LEROY F. HENSON

PERRYVILLE -- LeRoy F. Henson, 78, of Perryville, died Tuesday, Aug. 23, 1994, at University of Michigan Hospital in Ann Arbor.

He was born July 1, 1916, in Flat River, son of Tolbert and Louise Kirn Henson. He and Helen Mecker were married May 3, 1942.

Henson was retired from Saberliner Corp., and had been part owner of Weber and Henson Shell Station. He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church and American Legion. He was a veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Phillip Henson of Riverview, Mich.; a daughter, Sue Dunker of Perryville, and four grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a sister, brother and half brother.

Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home from 4-9 p.m. today, and 6:30-8:30 a.m. Friday.

Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Immanuel Church, with the Rev. Donald Loesch officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
