CAIRO, Ill. -- Margaret W. Conroy, 86, of Cairo, died Wednesday, Oct. 5, 1994, at Charleston Manor.

She was born Aug. 19, 1908, in Alexander County, daughter of Robert E. and Mary Ann Dick Grindler. She married Lawrence Conroy, who preceded her in death.

Conroy was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church and its Lutherannes.

Survivors include two sons, Bob Conroy of Cairo, Dick Conroy of Mokena, and three grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother and sister.

Friends may call at Barkett Funeral Home in Cairo after 5 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Immanuel Church, with the Rev. William Voss officiating. Burial will be in Green Lawn Memorial Gardens at Villa Ridge.
