JERRY L. SELF

JACKSON -- Funeral service for Jerry Lee Self of Jackson will be held at 2 p.m. today at Cracraft-Miller Funeral Chapel. The Rev. John D. Gearing will officiate, with burial in Russell Heights Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 9 a.m. to service time.

Self, 50, died Sunday, Nov. 13, 1994, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

He was born June 25, 1944, in Oak Ridge, son of John and Irene Ruch Self.

Self farmed in the Oak Ridge area.

Survivors include two sons, John Self of San Pedro, Calif., Jerry Self Jr. of Cape Girardeau; a daughter, Leigh Kassinger of Advance; his mother of Oak Ridge; a brother, John Self of High Ridge; a sister, Mabel Carnell of Jackson, and four grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a sister.
