CHARLESTON -- Funeral service for Mary Cothran of Charleston will be held at 1 p.m. today at Sparks Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Murry William will officiate, with burial in Oak Grove Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 11 a.m. to service time.

Cothran, 82, died Thursday, Jan. 6, 1994, at Charleston Manor.

She was born Sept. 4, 1911, in Drew, Miss., daughter of Ben and Viola William Cannon.

Survivors include a sister, Eva Dotson of Lancaster, Pa.
