Lilly died Monday, Jan. 17, 1994, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

Survivors include three sons, James Lilly of Oak Ridge, Don Lilly of West Plains, Charles Lilly of Scott City; a daughter, Jan Milde of Jackson; two brothers, Victor Doggett of Mercedes, Calif., Ralph Doggett of Poplar Bluff; two sisters, Goldie Allen of Cape Girardeau, Ruth Bristow of Kennett, and six grandchildren.
