AGNES W. BICKEL

PERRYVILLE -- Agnes W. Bickel, 88, of Perryville, died Wednesday, April 6, 1994, at Perry County Memorial Hospital.

She was born Dec. 26, 1905, in Frankenmuth, Mich., son of John E. and Mary Rummel Ranke. She and the Rev. Emil L. Bickel were married Aug. 24, 1930.

Bickel was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Lutheran Women's Missionary League, and Berean Bible Class.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, Eugene Bickel of Brentwood, James Bickel of Denver, Colo.; a sister, Maxine Fiala of Seward, Neb.; a sister, Anna Haubenstricker of Frankenmuth; a brother, Rudolph Ranke of New Boston, Mich.; eight grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by four sisters and a brother.

Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home from 3-9 p.m. today, and Saturday from 6:30-9:30 a.m.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Immanuel Church. The Rev. Donald Loesch will officiate, with burial in the church cemetery.
