EAST PRAIRIE -- Hiram B. Shell, 72, of East Prairie, died Thursday, June 9, 1994, at Missouri Veterans Home in Cape Girardeau.
He was born Nov. 7, 1921, in Brownwood, son of Hiram M. and Beulah Howard Shell.
Shell was a retired truck driver, and veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps.
Survivors include three brothers, John Shell of Springfield, Ill., J.H. and W.T. Shell of Sikeston, and a sister, Marie Clark of Flint, Mich.
He was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.
Friends may call at Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston after 5 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Roy Ferguson officiating. Burial will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery at Sikeston.
