MARBLE HILL - Claude Andrew Eaker, 79, of Fulton, formerly of Lutesville, died Friday, June 11, at the Riverview Nursing Center in McKane. He was born in Lutesville on Jan. 6, 1915, to Jonas and Della Thurston Eaker. On May 3, 1939, he married Evelyn M. Harlan. She survives, along with two sons, Kenneth Eaker of St. Peters and David Eaker of Columbia; two daughters, Judy Richmond of Indianapolis, Ind. and Linda Bailey of Fulton. Also surviving are ten grandchildren and six great grandchildren...

He was preceded in death by one sister and one granddaughter.

Eaker was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the National Association of Federal Employees.

Friends may call from 5-8 p.m., today, at the Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill.

Funeral services will be held Monday, at 11 a.m., at the Liley Funeral Chapel in Marble Hill, with the Rev. Michael Woods officiating. Burial will be in the Bollinger County Memorial Park Cemetery.
