ANNA, Ill. -- Daniel Ralph Britt, 89, of Anna, formerly of Hopkinsville, Ky., died Thursday, June 16, 1994, at the Union County Nursing Home.

He was born Nov. 11, 1904 at Ullin, Ill., the son of William Rubin and Mary Anglin Britt.

He married Kate Williamson on March 3, 1942 at Cape Girardeau. She died on May 20, 1994.

He was a member of the Julien Baptist Church in Hopkinsville.

Surviving are one son, William Keith Britt of Grand Prairie, Texas; one brother, Spillman Britt of Jonesboro, Ill,; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

In addition to his wife, three brothers and two sisters preceded him in death.

Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Sunday at the Lutz & Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna, with the Rev. Spillman Britt officiating. Burial will be in the Alto Pass Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 5-8 p.m. today.
