Funeral service for Louise Kaiser, formerly of Cape Girardeau, was held Saturday in Poplar Bluff.

Kaiser, 89, died Wednesday, Dec. 30, 1992, in Nashville, Tenn.

She married Paul E. Kaiser, who preceded her in death. He was in business here in the 1940s.

Kaiser attended Southeast Missouri State University, and taught school in Butler County. She was employed by The Southeast Missourian Office Supply in the late 1920s. She was a former member of Centenary United Methodist Church and its Kumjoynus Class, and member of Eastern Star.

Survivors include a son, Ronal Kaiser of Brentwood, Tenn.; four grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
