Thomas T. Simpson, 68, 937 Hawthorne, died Thursday, Jan. 14, 1993, at Southeast Missouri Hospital. He was born Dec. 19, 1924, in Mississippi. He and Ruby May Patterson were married Sept. 19, 1953, in Corinth, Miss. Simpson was a retired pipefitter and welder. He was a member of Masonic Lodge 528 AF&AM in Anna, Ill., Oasis Shrine Club, Ainad Temple in East St. Louis, Ill., and Scottish Rite of Belleville, Ill. He was born Dec. 19, 1924, in Mississippi. He and Ruby May Patterson were married Sept. 19, 1953, in Corinth, Miss.

Simpson was a retired pipefitter and welder. He was a member of Masonic Lodge 528 AF&AM in Anna, Ill., Oasis Shrine Club, Ainad Temple in East St. Louis, Ill., and Scottish Rite of Belleville, Ill. The Simpsons moved here about two months ago from Anna.

Survivors include his wife.

Funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel. The Rev. E.C. Brasington will officiate, with burial in Memorial Park.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 4-8 p.m. today, with a Masonic service at 7 by the Anna lodge.
