MARBLE HILL -- Rosey Letgrate, 90, of Glen Allen, died Thursday, May 6, 1993, at Bond Nursing Care Center in Marble Hill. She was born at Lake City, Ark., Aug. 2, 1902, daughter of Joe and Fanny Cato Farmer. Her husband, Dave Letgrate, died May 24, 1974...

MARBLE HILL -- Rosey Letgrate, 90, of Glen Allen, died Thursday, May 6, 1993, at Bond Nursing Care Center in Marble Hill.

She was born at Lake City, Ark., Aug. 2, 1902, daughter of Joe and Fanny Cato Farmer.

Her husband, Dave Letgrate, died May 24, 1974.

She moved to the area in 1966 from Jackson, Mich. She was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors are sons, Otis Letgrate, Glen Allen, and Earnest Letgrate, Jackson, Mich.; daughters, Pauline Knight, Glen Allen, Francis Friend, Jackson, Mich., and Peggy Irby, Farmington; 22 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

Friends may call after 3 p.m. today at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill.

Service will be Monday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Darrell Faire, a grandson, officiating. Burial will be in East Prairie Cemetery.
