ANN L. KLIPFEL

Ann Lesetta Klipfel, 71, of Portageville, died Thursday, May 13, 1993, at the Lutheran Home.

She was born March 15, 1922, at Lutesville, daughter of John and Bernadine Brands. She and Charles John Klipfel were married in 1942 at Portageville. He died March 15, 1970.

Klipfel was a member of St. Eustachius Catholic Church at Portageville and its Ladies Sodality.

Survivors include four daughters, Judy Frentzel of Cape Girardeau, Bernadetta Nenninger of Jefferson City, Donna Conklin of Charlestown, Ind., Angela McHugh of Wardell; six sons, Charles and Jerome Klipfel of St. Louis, Ron Klipfel of Gideon, Theodore and David Klipfel of Portageville, Patrick Klipfel of Hazelwood; two sisters, Louise Hulshof and Stella Welker of Gordonville; two brothers, Henry Brands of Oran, Ted Brands of Portageville, and 16 grandchildren.

Funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Eustachius Church. The Revs. Fergus Monahan and Amel Shibley will officiate, with burial in Portageville Cemetery.

Friends may call at DeLisle Funeral Home in Portageville from 4-9 p.m. today. A prayer service will be held at 7.
