EMMA JEAN WHITEHORN

SIKESTON -- Graveside service for Emma Jean Whitehorn of Sikeston will be held at 2 p.m. today at Dogwood Cemetery, with John C. Sargent officiating.

Friends may call at Nunnelee Funeral Home from noon to 1:30 p.m.

Whitehorn, 56, died Tuesday, Aug. 10, 1993, at her home.

She was born June 5, 1937, in Sikeston, daughter of Alva and Frances Lorene Hixson Couch.

Couch had been a telephone operator, and member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Survivors include three daughters, Amy Burns of Dexter, Deena Whitehorn of the home, Susie Kirk of Benton; her father of Madison, Ala., and a brother, Gerald Couch of Madison.
