ADVANCE -- Robie Edward Nothdurft, 89, of Advance, died Saturday, Sept. 4, 1993, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. He was born Oct. 9, 1903, at Delta, son of Edward Daniel Nothdurft and Elmira Lape Nothdurft. He married Mary Helen Dunning on July 25, 1929. She preceded him in death on June 23, 1993...

ADVANCE -- Robie Edward Nothdurft, 89, of Advance, died Saturday, Sept. 4, 1993, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

He was born Oct. 9, 1903, at Delta, son of Edward Daniel Nothdurft and Elmira Lape Nothdurft.

He married Mary Helen Dunning on July 25, 1929. She preceded him in death on June 23, 1993.

He is survived by two sons, Gene Nothdurft of Advance and Ernest Nothdurft of St. Louis; a daughter, Alice Nichols, St. Louis; a sister, Iva Roberts, Cape Girardeau; six grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a daughter and two sisters.

Service will be held at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee Monday at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Gary Cooper officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery near Arbor.

Friends may call at the funeral home today after 3 p.m.
