Salazar, 39, died Friday, Sept. 3, 1993, in a traffic accident in Visalia.

She was born Aug. 4, 1954, daughter of Donald C. and Shirley Fulton Jenkins. She attended Alma Schrader School and was a graduate of Central High School.

Salazar was manager of personnel at Tulare District Hospital in Tulare County, Calif.

Survivors include her husband, Jose Salazar; a son, Joseph Salazar of Visalia; her mother of Visalia; two sisters, Dianne Sellars of Tustin, Calif., Stasha Morse of Visalia, and a brother, Donald Jenkins of Reseda, Calif.

She was preceded in death by her father.
