JAMES W. KESTERSON

OAK RIDGE - James W. Kesterson, 84, of Oak Ridge, died Wednesday, Sept. 22, 1993 at St. Francis Medical Center. He was born Oct. 11, 1908, the son of Franklin M. and Ellen Smith Kesterson.

He farmed all his life in the Oak Ridge community, served in the Army during World War II, was a Boy Scout leader for 10 years, and a member of the First Baptist Church at Oak Ridge.

Survivors include three sisters: Eula Niswonger and Ollie Collins, both of Cape Girardeau, and Dorothy Hunnicutt of Ventura, Calif.;

Rev. E.G. Andrews will officiate at a graveside memorial service at the Lorimier Cemetery in Cape Girardeau at 10 a.m. Monday. McCombs Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
