MOREHOUSE -- Pat Rowell, 76, of Morehouse, died Thursday, Sept. 30, 1993, at his home.

He was born Feb. 4, 1917, in Alva, Miss., son of Fred P. and Lura Hubbard Rowell. He and Margaret Moriarty were married Feb. 9, 1941.

Rowell was a retired self-employed farmer.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Mike Rowell of Sarcoxie; two daughters, Patricia Myers of Morehouse, Mary Johnson of Piedmont; four daughters, Frederick Rowell of St. Louis, Herbert Rowell of Morehouse, Douglas Rowell of Dallas, Texas, Donald Rowell of Grove, Okla.; two sisters, Kathryn Rowell of Sikeston, Aileen Schrantz of Pine Bluff, Ark.; seven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by three sisters and two brothers.

Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston.

Friends may call at Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston from 1-2 p.m. Saturday.
