MAYFIELD, Ky. -- Marie D. Crawford, 62, of Mayfield, formerly of Cape Girardeau, died Saturday, Dec. 11, 1993, at her residence. MAYFIELD, Ky. -- Marie D. Crawford, 62, of Mayfield, formerly of Cape Girardeau, died Saturday, Dec. 11, 1993, at her residence.

Crawford was born in Iron County, Mo., on Aug. 12, 1931, the daughter of John and Lena Dahlke.

She was a clerk for West Kentucky Rural Electric and a member of First Baptist Church in Mayfield.

She married Jess Crawford, who survives of the home.

Also surviving are one son, Jim Crawford of Mayfield; three sisters, Hazel Dill of Mission, Texas, Ester Kiser of Davenport, Iowa, and Iola Jones of Mayfield; and two grandchildren.

Two brothers preceded her in death.

Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at the Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield, with the Revs. Bob Wilson, Charles Dinkens and Bob Veazey officiating. Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery in Mayfield.

Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
