MOREHOUSE -- Euggie I. Bohannon, 93, of Morehouse, died Tuesday, Dec. 31, 1991, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.
He was born Oct. 12, 1898, in Marshall, Ark., son of John and Annis Cordelia Flatt Bohannon. He and Effie Savage were married Aug. 26, 1919, in Atlas, Ark.
Bohannon was a farmer and carpenter. From 1950 until retiring in 1963 he was a mill worker at Himmelberger-Harrison Manufacturing Co.
Survivors include his wife; four sons, Alton Bohannon of Morehouse, Gene Bohannon of Sikeston, Leonard Bohannon of Fulton, John Bohannon of Pana, Ill.; a sister, Eula Cooper of Conway, Ark.; eight grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, five brothers and four sisters.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston. The Rev. Dolan Rogers will officiate, assisted by the Rev. J.D. McClard. Burial will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery at Sikeston.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. today.
