Jack Wallace Taylor, 63, of Annapolis, Md., died Monday, Jan. 6, 1992, at Annapolis Medical Center.
He was born in Fullerton, Calif., and received a master's degree in business administration from Oklahoma State University in 1983.
Taylor served in the U.S. Air Force 27 years, retiring as a lieutenant colonel in 1978.
Survivors include his wife, Reba Linda; a son, John Lawrence Taylor of Cape Girardeau; a daughter, Judy DePuy of Los Altos, Calif.; his mother, Marvelle Taylor of Los Angeles, Calif.; a sister, Janet Stewart of Endwell, N.Y., and four grandchildren.
Funeral service will be at noon Monday at St. Anne's Episcopal Church in Annapolis. Burial will be in Arlington National Cemetery.
Taylor Funeral Home of Annapolis is in charge of arrangements.
