JACKSON -- Ruth A. Park, 71, of Jackson died Sunday, Jan. 12, 1992, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Oct. 7, 1920, in Graves Point, the daughter of Louis D. and Helen L. Welker Kennedy.

She was a member of the Church of God in Cape Girardeau.

Survivors include three sons, Richard Park of Jackson, Charles Park of Cape Girardeau and Edward Park of Olney, Ill.; a daughter, Helen Pender of Jackson; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son.

Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. today at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel, where funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday. The Rev. Tom Morris will officiate, and burial will be in Lorimier Cemetery in Cape Girardeau.
