DELTA -- Dora Hector, 92, of Delta, died Saturday, Jan. 11, 1992, at Cape La Croix Care Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born in Laflin on March 8, 1899, daughter of James and Mary Nunning Pittman.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Delta.

She married Harry Hector on May 25, 1918 at Jackson. He preceded her in death on May 21, 1972.

Survivors are one daughter, Pat Dooley of Delta; and two great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by one grandson.

A graveside service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Memorial Park Cemetery in Cape Girardeau, with the Rev. Glen Golden officiating. There will be no visitation. Arrangements are being handled by Amick-Burnett Funeral Home in Chaffee.
