VANDUSER -- Funeral service for Curtis Arnold of New Madrid was held Saturday at Shelby Funeral Chapel in East Prairie. The Rev. Harold Henderson officiated, with burial in Evergreen Cemetery at New Madrid.

Arnold, 73, died Thursday, Jan. 23, 1992, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.

He was born Feb. 10, 1918, at Vanduser, son of Ed and Pearl Black Arnold. He and Viola Zartt were married Oct. 22, 1955.

Arnold moved to New Madrid in 1959 from St. Louis.

Survivors include his wife, and a brother, Omer Arnold of Santa Monica, Calif.
