MATTHEWS -- Margaret Wilson, 80, of Matthews, died Sunday, Jan. 26, 1992, at Sells Rest Home.

She was born Nov. 25, 1911, at Cooter, daughter of Finis and Minnie Huey McClure. She married Michael E. Wilson in September 1940 at Cooter. He died Nov. 1, 1972.

Wilson owned and operated a general store at Cooter, and was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church at Caruthersville.

Survivors include a sister, Lala McCann of Matthews.

She was preceded in death by four brothers and a sister.

Friends may call at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston after 12:30 p.m. today. A prayer service will be held at 1:30. Committal rites will be at 3 p.m. today at Caruthersville Cemetery, with the Rev. David Hirtz officiating.
