COBDEN, Ill. -- Graveside service for Charles Earl Tucker of Cobden was held Saturday at Jonesboro City Cemetery.

Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel in Cape Girardeau, Mo., was in charge of arrangements.

Tucker, 87, died Thursday, March 12, 1992, at Hillside Terrace Nursing Home in Cobden.

He was born Oct. 5, 1904, in Jonesboro, son of James and Melissa Skinner Tucker.

Tucker had lived in the Jonesboro-Cobden area all his life, and was a member of a Pentecostal church.

Survivors include two sisters, Gladys Pearson of Cobden, Helen Spring of Wolf Lake, and a number of nieces and nephews.
