LAWRENCE V. CISSELL

PERRYVILLE - Perryville resident Lawrence V. Cissell died Thursday, May 7, 1992 at St. Mary's Health Center in St. Louis. He was 64. Cissell was born March 25, 1928, the son of Frank and Mary Tucker Cissell, both deceased. He retired as a stitcher from International Shoe in Perryville. He married Frieda H. PERRYVILLE - Perryville resident Lawrence V. Cissell died Thursday, May 7, 1992 at St. Mary's Health Center in St. Louis. He was 64.

Cissell was born March 25, 1928, the son of Frank and Mary Tucker Cissell, both deceased.

He retired as a stitcher from International Shoe in Perryville. He married Frieda H. Winkler on Oct. 29, 1949 in Perryville. She survives.

Other survivors include a son, Ralph Cissell; daughters Linda Schumer and Susan Nesslein; and sisters Hilda Franklin, Theresa Moore, and Dorothy Lieble. All live in Perryville.

Also surviving are 14 grandchildren.

Preceding Cissell in death, in addition to his parents, were five sisters and a brother.

Funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Perryville, with the Rev. J. Edward Wilson officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery in Perryville.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 9 p.m. today at Miller Family Funeral Home at Perryville. A wake service will be held at 7 p.m.
