PERRYVILLE - Hilda M. Franklin, 84, of 934 West St. Maries, Perryville, died Friday, June 5, 1992 at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

She was born in Perry County July 25, 1907 to Frank and Carrie Tucker Cissell. She married Howard R. Franklin on Nov. 3, 1927. He survives.

Also surviving are sons Howard Don Franklin of Florissant and Clyde Joseph Franklin of St. Charles; daughters Virginia Smith of St. Marys and Helen Comte of Perryville; sisters Dorothy Lieble and Theresa Moore, both of Perryville; and 16 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.

Preceded her in death, in addition to her parents, were four sisters, two brothers and one great-grandson.

Visitation will be held today from 4 to 9 p.m. at Miller Family Funeral Home in Perryville. A wake service is scheduled for 7 p.m.

Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Vincent De Paul Church in Perryville. The Rev. J. Edward Wilson will preside.

Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery in Perryville.
