Christina Viola Meyer, 88, of 2825 Bloomfield, died Saturday, June 13, 1992 at St. Francis Medical Center. She was born Oct. 30. 1903 in Ancell (Scott City), the daughter of John and Rosa Mae Jackson Klughart. She married George C. Meyer on June 6, 1936 in St. Louis. He preceded her in death Oct. 28, 1973...

Christina Viola Meyer, 88, of 2825 Bloomfield, died Saturday, June 13, 1992 at St. Francis Medical Center.

She was born Oct. 30. 1903 in Ancell (Scott City), the daughter of John and Rosa Mae Jackson Klughart.

She married George C. Meyer on June 6, 1936 in St. Louis. He preceded her in death Oct. 28, 1973.

She worked at the Ladies Garment Factory as a presser before moving to Cape Girardeau in 1970.

Survivors are two brothers, Louis Klughart and Ivan Klughart, both of Scott City. One sister preceded her in death.

Friends may call between 3 and 8 p.m. today at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Home in Scott City. A private funeral service will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the funeral chapel. Burial will be in Lightner Cemetery.
