ULLIN, Ill. - Frank Hamblett, 90, of Ullin, died Sunday June 21, 1992 at his home.

He was born Feb. 15, 1902 in Charleston, Miss., the son of John and Inetta Clark Hamblett.

In 1937 he married Ida O'Neal in Charleston, Miss. He worked as a construction laborer and was a member of the St. John Missionary Baptist Church of Pulaski, Ill.

Survivors include his wife; one brother, Ben Ellis of Detroit, Mich.; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service was held Saturday at the St. John Missionary Baptist Church with Elder Larry T. Barnett officiating.

Burial was at the West Side Cemetery in Ullin.

Algee Memorial Chapel of Cairo was in charge of arrangements.
