MOUNDS, Ill. -- Bobby Gene Fitzgerald, 34, of Durand, Mich. died Thursday, June 25, 1992 at his home.

He was born April 17, 1958 on the island of Oahu, Hawaii, son of Kenneth Ray Fitzgerald, Sr. and Gladys Mae Turrentine Fitzgerald.

He was employed by General Motors of East Pontiac, Mich.

Survivors are his parents of Mounds, Ill.; three daughters, Shannon Nicole Fitzgerald of Springs, Texas, Summer Fitzgerald of Springs, Texas and Nacolba Fitzgerald of Corunne, Mich.; three brothers, Charles E. Delong and Kenneth Ray Fitzgerald Jr. both of Windsor, Ill. and Richard L. Delong of Flint, Mich.; and his maternal grandparents, Roy and Thelma Turrentine of Windsor, Ill.

Funeral service will be held today at 11 a.m. at the Jones Funeral Home in Villa Ridge, Ill. with the Rev. William McGhee officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 8 a.m. until time of service. Burial will be in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
