MOUNDS, Ill. -- Virginia M. Plummer, 62, Mounds Route 1, died Monday, Aug. 24, 1992, at her home. She was born Aug. 26, 1929, in Milwaukee, Wis., daughter of Kermit Phillip and Camilla Biggerstaff Hagler. Plummer was a former circuit clerk of Pulaski County, and retired businesswoman. MOUNDS, Ill. -- Virginia M. Plummer, 62, Mounds Route 1, died Monday, Aug. 24, 1992, at her home.

She was born Aug. 26, 1929, in Milwaukee, Wis., daughter of Kermit Phillip and Camilla Biggerstaff Hagler.

Plummer was a former circuit clerk of Pulaski County, and retired businesswoman. She was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church in Villa Ridge, AARP, and Smiles Senior Citizens.

Survivors include her husband, Harry T. Plummer, and a daughter, Donna Essex, Mounds Route 1.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Shiloh Church, with the Rev. Larry Miller officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Friends may call at Barkett Funeral Home here after 5 p.m. today, and at the church Thursday from 9:30 a.m. until service time.
