CHAFFEE -- Funeral service for Dennis Eugene LaCroix Jr. of Englewood, Colo., formerly of Scott City, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel here. The Revs. Maurice Eagan and Bill Dickey will officiate, with burial in Union Park Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 8:30 a.m. today.

LaCroix, 50, died Tuesday, Sept. 29, 1992, at Swedish Medical Center in Englewood.

He was born June 30, 1942, in Cape Girardeau, son of Dennis E. and Goldie McBride LaCroix Sr. He and Judy Landoll were married Aug. 16, 1969.

LaCroix owned and operated D&D Auto Glass and Upholstery in Englewood. He was a member of Illmo United Methodist Church at Scott City.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, William and Jon LaCroix of Englewood; his mother and stepfather, Goldie and Virgil Asher of Chaffee; a brother, Edward LaCroix of Syracuse, N.Y.; four sisters, Carol Matteson of Bothell, Wash., Maujeva Overfield Harrell of Chaffee, Dee Benson and Margaret Steger Milligan of Scott City.
