Woodard, 67, died Sunday, Oct. 4, 1992, at St. Louis University Medical Center.

Survivors include his wife, Bobbie; two daughters, Marilyn Pind of Cape Girardeau, Gail Meystedt of Dallas, Texas, and six grandchildren.
