DONGOLA, Ill. -- Carroll R. McIntire, 56, of Dongola, died Friday, Dec. 4, 1992, at his home.
He was born May 8, 1936, in Anna, son of Floyd and Lela Morris McIntire.
McIntire was a member of First Baptist Church in Anna, and Railway Maintenance Union.

Survivors include his wife, Betty; a daughter, Paula Cauble of Anna; a brother, Chuck McIntire of Jonesboro, and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a sister.
Funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at Crain Funeral Chapel in Anna. Everett Frizzell will officiate, with burial in Anna Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral from from 6-8 p.m. today.
