The Jackson Chamber of Commerce will sponsor a member "Business Showcase" from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. June 13 at the Jackson Jaycees Center on Highway 72 west of Jackson. The showcase will operate like a "home show," except it will be free. Business space will be available, 10-foot-by-10-foot spaces on the inside or 20-foot-by-20-foot spaces outside...

The Jackson Chamber of Commerce will sponsor a member "Business Showcase" from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. June 13 at the Jackson Jaycees Center on Highway 72 west of Jackson.

The showcase will operate like a "home show," except it will be free.

Business space will be available, 10-foot-by-10-foot spaces on the inside or 20-foot-by-20-foot spaces outside.

There is room for 34 inside and six outside spaces, and spaces can be saved by calling and registering with the chamber by June 6.

The chamber anticipates a radio station on hand for live broadcasts and will hold raffles throughout the day and a 50-50 raffle at the end of the event.

The Jackson Jaycees have allowed chamber to use the Jaycees new community center -- the old Stroder Country.

Some 140 people turned out for the chamber's recent Educator of the Year ceremonies. The chamber expects to hold similar ceremonies next year.
