Mrs. Metcalf is the former Christy Thompson, daughter of Wade and Carol Thompson of Advance. Metcalf is the son of Roy and Rhonda Metcalf Sr. of Zalma, Mo., and Joyce Metcalf of Delta, Mo. He is a construction worker.
