PERSONNEL: IVERS JOINS NEW FINANCE PRACTICE

Phil Ivers has established a new financial planning practice, associating himself with First Financial Planers, Inc., and its branch office, 720 Forest in Cape Girardeau, managed by Rick Cuba, CFA. His practice focuses on working with individuals and families.

Ivers previously served on the management team of the First National Bank, headquartered in Sikeston, Mo., with 11 banking locations in Southeast Missouri and the St. Louis area.. He was community president of the Cape Girardeau and Jackson banking market from 1996 to 1999, and most recently served as director of financial services for the bank, overseeing investment and insurance-related operations and personnel.

Ivers is a registered investment adviser-agent offering service through FFP Advisory Services Inc., as well as a registered representative offering securities through FFP Securities, Inc.

He is a member of the Southeast Missouri Hospital Foundation, Regional Commerce and Growth Association and serves on the Cape Girardeau Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Cape Alumni and University Relations committees.
