Fritzler, who joined AAL's field staff in 1989, is with the Michael Mickelson Agency.
The insurance company serves Lutherans and their family members in Cape Girardeau, Jackson, Kennett, Malden and Sikeston in Missouri.
AAL, a Fortune 500 organization based in Appleton, Wis., is a leading fraternal benefit society of about 1.8 million members.
