Dr. Charles E. DeFelice has joined Occupational Medical Services L.L.C. of Cape Girardeau.

DeFelice, a graduate of the University of Maryland Medical School at Baltimore, has been practicing cardiology in Cape Girardeau since 1980. Prior to entering practice here, he taught medical students and medical residents 12 years.

DeFelice works with the executive physicals program for Occupational Medical Services, and will be available to client companies for work place evaluations. He will spearhead the "Fit for Life" program, recently instituted for clients to educate their employees in healthier lifestyles and to be more safety conscious at work.

DeFelice will work with Dr. Anthony Zoffuto, medical director at the center, and Bob Boland, advance practice nurse.
