BUSINESS PERSONNEL: NAMED CHAIRMAN

Kathie Simpkins, city administrator of East Cape Girardeau, and vice chairman of the Bootheel Regional Planning Commission, has been elected to the position of chairman to fill the unexpired term of Lynn Langston who resigned in December.

Simpkins has been an active member of the commission a number of years.

The vice chairman position is vacant and will be filled at the March meeting.
