Four Missouri cotton industry members have been elected to leadership positions in the National Cotton Council of Memphis, Tenn.

Charles H. Parker, a Senath producer, was re-elected as Missouri chairman of the council's America Cotton Producers. Parker also serves as chairman of the Council's Boll Weevil Action Committee.

Edward D. Dement, a Sikeston cotton producer, was re-elected chairman of the Council's Missouri unit; Christopher D. Matthews, a ginner with Matthews Cotton Co. in Matthews, was elected vice chairman, and David Blakemore, a ginner with B. & B. Cotton Co. in Campbell, was elected secretary.
