A Crop Management Conference, hosted by the University of Missouri Outreach and extension, and the Missouri Soybean Association, will beheld Thursday at Sikeston.

Registration for the free conference, which doubles as the Missouri Soybean Association District 7 meeting, will be held at 8 a.m. at the Banquets Beyond the Bay Restaurant.

Speakers include Peter Thornton, Asia marketing manager with the American Soybean Association; David Reinbott, Missouri University extension farm management specialist in Scott County; Tommy Verry of the Missouri Soybean Association; Grover Shannon, new director of soybean breeding program at MU Delta Research Center at Portageville.; Delta Center weed scientists Andy Kendig and Anthony Ohmes; and Pat Truman, regional agronomy specialists in New Madrid County.
