Kara Westrich of Kelso, Mo., as joined Gamma Phi Beta International Sorority as a Collegiate Leadership Consultant for the 2000-2001 academic year.

She will be assigned to a region of the country and will work with between 18 and 21 college chapters throughout the year by assisting them with leadership development, goal setting, programming and membership recruitment. Westrich joined the Zeta Delta chapter of Gamma Phi Beta at Southeast Missouri State University in 1997 and served her chapters as financial vice president. She has graduated from Southeast with a bachelor degrees in organizational and leadership management.

Gamma Phi Beta Sorority is a member of the National Panhellenic Conference and was founded in 1874 at Syracuse University in New York. It has grown to include more than 120,000 members worldwide.
