Murphy, a certified Home Care/Hospice Executive, the only person in Missouri to attain this certifications, will be responsible for introducing VNA services to three new counties Wayne, Carter and Ripley.

She has served as a consultant for home health agencies, developed personnel policies, opened new offices for home health and hospice and established new computer systems.

Murphy attended college in San Antonio, Tex., at Our Lady of the Lake University and Incarnate Word. She will be working gout of the VNA corporate office in Kennett.
