NEW WHOLESALE, RETAIL OPERATION TO MOVE

Hanners Wholesale and Retail has opened a new store on Highway 25, about two mile south of Jackson.

Mike and Jeannie Hanners previously operated Hanner's Handy Tools in Pocahantas for about five years. The couple have added to their line of items, which now includes tools, hunting and fishing supplies and clothing.

The store is located in a new 5,000-square-foot building. It is open seven days a week -- 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
