- Consider a bill proposing an ordinance authorizing the issuance of $4 million principal amount of Electric System Revenue Bonds, Series 2000, of the City of Jackson.

- Consider a motion accepting the bid of Clark Corporation of Helena, Ala., in the amount of $109,859 for substation structure and equipment under the West Substation Upgrade Project.

- Consider a bill proposing an ordinance authorizing a contractual agreement with Clark Corporation relative to substation structure and miscellaneous equipment purchases and installation under the West Substation Upgrade Project.

- Consider a bill proposing an ordinance accepting a general Warranty Deed form Byron Lang, trustee of the Byron and Margaret Lang Trust of Feb. 18, 1991, and trustee of the Family Trust of the Byron L. Lang and Margaret E. Lang Trust of Feb. 18, 1991, for Lot 1 of the Jackson Trail Industrial Park Subdivision.
