'KNOCK OUT DIABETES' PROGRAM SATURDAY

The beginner BoxAerobics class will begin at 9 a.m., intermediate at 10:30 and advanced at noon. The classes will be taught by Danny Rees.

There is a minimum $5 donation per class. Each additional $5 will qualify the participant for special drawing prizes, including boxing gloves, a three-month membership to the fitness center, videos, dinners and others.
